Gerry has been an active and practicing real estate broker and property manager for over three decades and draws upon a wealth of unmatched practical experience and educational knowledge in the residential property management field. Both property owners and the residents alike, benefit from Gerry's unique perspective of understanding customer satisfaction, while still adhering to prudent financial and operational strategies

In addition to the property management division, Gerry is the employing broker for Seville Properties, Realtors, which provides a retail brokerage service for both single family and multi unit residential income properties. By having a retail brokerage firm part of Gerral Group, this affords clients a one-stop approach to real estate purchasing and property management.

Being a respected leader in this field, Gerral Group has been retained by several real estate brokers in the Orange County area to provide strategies and compliance procedures on the multitude of requirements in order to effectively establish or expand a property management function.

Gerry holds an Associate Degree in Business Administration, with Honors, from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree, with majors in Marketing and Insurance, from the University of Hawaii, Manoa Campus. Affiliations include, National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, Newport Beach Association of Realtors, Apartment Owners Association and Delegate.
