Rent checks are to be made payable to: “GERRAL PROPERTY TRUST ACCOUNT”. Please do not put cash into the Rent Collection Box.
You may deposit your rent check into the rent collection box, located inside the laundry room, anytime in advance of the due date. Regardless of when you deposit your rent check, it will not be deposited at the Bank before the 3rd of the month. Rent is due and payable on the First (1st) of the month and late if not paid by the First of the month, Holidays and Sundays included. As a courtesy, rent is collected at 9:00 AM on the 3rd of each month. Sundays and Holidays included. Rent received after this date will be assessed a 6% late fee.
